CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is extremely important to us and the time you book is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed, therefore, we respectfully request a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that, when you forget to cancel your appointment, or don’t give enough notice, we are unable to fill your appointment slot, clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity of taking your slot, and we lose the income. As a small business, this is something that is very difficult to absorb whilst still keeping the business going.

You will receive a text reminder 48 hours in advance to give you time to let us know if you can no longer make it. As that appointment time was set aside just for you, the following fees will be applied if you miss your appointment or cancel at short notice:

Less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment: your card will be charged 100% of the booked treatment cost

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that you may be held up for your appointment. We will always endeavour to stick to our schedule and would kindly request that you do the same.

As we don’t have a receptionist, we would ask you simply arrive on time. If you are early, the therapists may be with another client or having a break.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you and will ask you to reschedule. This would be treated as a no show and full treatment price will be charged.

CONSULTATIONS

All our aesthetic treatments will require a consultation to establish suitability of the treatment and perform a test patch. No IPL, Laser treatments or advanced aesthetic procedures will be carried without a full consultation.

PATCH TESTING

It is a requirement of our insurance cover that all lash and brow tinting treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

Please note if you book an appointment and fail to book the patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and full treatment price will be charged

DEPOSITS/PARTIAL PAYMENTS

In order to secure an appointment, we reserve the right to request a deposit/patrial payment for your treatment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Buff and Bare Salon. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRE-PAID COURSES

All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed. All courses must be completed within 6/12 months depending on treatment specifications outlined at the time of purchase. All courses are non-refundable. Missed appointments with no notice (according to Buff and Bare cancellation policy) will result in treatments deducted from your course.

MINORS

We regret that for health and safety reasons children under the age of 16 should be accompanied by supervising parent or guardian at all times whilst in our salon. In case of a parent or guardian having a treatment, a child should not be left unattended in the salon. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer treatments for anyone under the age 18. A member of staff has a right to ask to see an ID before proceeding with the treatment.

TREATMENT OUTCOME GUARANTEE

As advanced practitioners we will follow the manufactures’ protocols in order to carry out safe and result driven treatments, however results differ from person to person therefore no specific guarantees are given

At Buff and Bare customer satisfaction is our key priority and we are dedicated to providing first-class customer service and treatments.
