Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is extremely important to us and the time you book is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed, therefore, we respectfully request a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice for cancellations.


Please understand that, when you forget to cancel your appointment, or don’t give enough notice, we are unable to fill your appointment slot, clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity of taking your slot, and we lose the income. As a small business, this is something that is very difficult to absorb whilst still keeping the business going. You will receive a text reminder 48 hours in advance to give you time to let us know if you can no longer make it. As that appointment time was set aside just for you, the following fees will be applied if you miss your appointment or cancel at short notice: Less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment: your card will be charged 100% of the booked treatment cost
